last wednesday 12/5, this baby girl decided she was ready to MOVE. she started by crawling across the room to get to the bedspread hanging off the bed. then she decided she wanted a toy i had.

she's quite pleased with herself.

now it's a constant struggle to keep her still.

yesterday, i gerry-rigged the dog gate as a baby gate to keep her in the family room while i cleared off the table. she escaped it twice! when i finally got it to stay put, she was not happy to be in baby jail.

in the mean time, she is now 10 months old (only 2 more months until her 1st birthday, EEK). a 10 month post will follow after we move to our new house and unpack the bear.

the other day, i was taking videos of Ava on my phone. she was so happy and talkative, so i went a little overboard. usually when i get the camera out, she clams up and stares at the camera in wonder.

these are from a few weeks ago... i took a cute one of her today whilst she enjoyed some Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, so i'm sure i'll have it uploaded by the time she's a year old...
